Set on the edge of Cawsand Beacon the land is within the Dartmoor National Park. Its set on the foothills of the moor with direct access onto the 365 square miles of Dartmoor.

The land comprises of a small fully enclosed paddock. The paddock measures circa 0.5 of an acre. There is access via a 5 bar gate and the whole is fully enclosed with a traditional stone wall.
We believe that the area of land could be used as amenity ground for occasional camping and recreation. It could also be used for a small number of livestock or a pony.

The land is to be sold by informal tender on the 20th September 2022.

From the old A30 follow Throwleigh Road for 1000 metres. At this point there is a turning on the right. This is the start of the track. The track extends for roughly 300m. Here you will find the paddock.

The land is accessed by a stone moorland track. GSS accept no responsibility or liability for any damage to vehicles or persons.
Viewings will not be accompanied, but please let GSS know if and when you plan to attend the land.

There are no services associated with the land. The current landowner would potentially be prepared to lay the pipework to the mains connection within the sale if this was required. The connection charge by South West Water would not be included, this would need to be at the new purchasers expense.

Each party are to bear there own legal costs for the purchase of the land.
