Godfrey Short and Squire are thrilled to announce that we have been identified as EX20 Top Performers in the GetAgent Top Performer Awards UK 2021.

Our team at Godfrey Short and Squire are all locals of West Devon. We are passionate about our community and it shows in our work. Since our establishment in 2008, we have dedicated ourselves to be of service to our community. We strive to support our local sports teams, carnivals and events through sponsorships.

We are also actively growing our community. We work with quite a number of independent developers on new homes sites. Currently, we are marketing four new homes sites in West Devon.
