A thing that we consistently hear from tenants is that their landlord or letting agent has not resolved an issue at the property and they are therefore looking to move.
We aim to resolve all issues swiftly and offer all of our tenants that are in one of our managed properties an online reporting facility for faults, a 24 hour emergency contact point and of course a high street office to report issues. We have always maintained that tenants are very important and aim to ensure that a tenancy at one of our properties is a happy experience. Many of our tenants have lived in one of our properties for many years and also when looking to move will look for another one of our properties when they need a larger home. We feel that this shows that we must be an approachable and honest letting agent that takes pride in our business.
