We are Open for Business

During the COVID-19 crisis GSS Property, like many businesses on the high street, has been operating on reduced hours. Our staff have been furloughed and we have been running a skeleton crew ensuring that our tenants and landlords are taken care of.

Based on new guidelines released by the government we will now be re-opening our high street office by appointment.

The safety of our staff and the community is of the utmost importance to us, because of this we have some important information to share with you regarding safety measures we are putting in place.

Office Appointments

We are so pleased to be able to once again welcome people into our offices. We are happy to be back and happy to help. According to government guidelines, these are the steps we are putting in place to keep you, and our staff safe.

1)     Please call our office on 01837 54054 to arrange an appointment.

2)     Social distancing measures must be adhered to at all times. (2-meter distance between people.)

3)     Please don’t touch any surfaces in the office. Doors etc will be opened prior to your appointment.

4)     A maximum of two adults can attend an appointment at any time. We are currently asking people to not bring children to our offices.

5)     If you are feeling unwell, please cancel your appointment by phone.

Viewings

Viewing a property before you buy, or rent, it is essential. Our staff have visited every property we have on our books, and we have in-depth local knowledge. Give us a call and start asking questions! Our staff will be able to tell you if this property seems to be a good fit for you. Then we can arrange a viewing.

Right now, viewings are being done virtually via WhatsApp, FaceTime, or Zoom. We can show you around the property live, and make sure any questions you have are answered in detail!

We do ask if you schedule a remote viewing, please make sure you are available at the time we have agreed. We will call you from the property, and if there is no answer, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to call back due to other appointments.

And finally…

Before you make an appointment with us, please ensure that you have no COVID symptoms. We will reach out to you before your appointment to confirm the time and to check that you’re feeling well. If you do not reply, we will assume the appointment has been cancelled.
