A short walk of the apartment there is a mini market (Cost Cutter) whilst the town itself offers a much wider range of local and national shops to include a Waitrose and a Victorian shopping arcade. For those keen on sport there are two gyms, swimming pool, football, rugby & golf clubs. The Dartmoor National Park is on the doorstep, whilst the North & South coast are within a 45 minute drive. A rail link provides a direct line to Exeter and onward links.
